The facilities create an ideal atmosphere to practice and learn soccer in the Brazilian way. For over 30 years, Toca da Raposa I has been the training complex for Cruzeiro’s professional team. For the 1982 and 1986 World Cup campaigns, the Brazilian national squad also used it as its training centre.
In 2002, after the construction of a new complex (Toca da Raposa II), the previous complex became the home of Cruzeiro’s youth teams and exchange programmes.
